Arie Bloed has been involved in CSCE/OSCE matters since the end of the 1970s, both as a scholar and as a practitioner. He was a member of Netherlands' delegations to several OSCE meetings. As the Director of the Foundation on Inter-Ethnic Relations, he worked closely with the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities. Arie Bloed is Co-Founder, Director and Lecturer of the Summer Academy on OSCE since its foundation 1997.
Walter Kemp is Director for Europe and Central Asia at the International Peace Institute (IPI). He joined IPI in August 2010 after serving for four years as spokesman and speechwriter at the UNODC. From 1996 to 2006 he worked for the OSCE, as Senior Adviser to the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, and as Senior Adviser to the OSCE Secretary General and Chairmanship.
Ursula Gaumauf-Eberhardt is Programme Director of the ASPR / Peace Castle Schlaining. She is planning and directing various international peace-building programmes aiming at the preparation of international civilian experts for peace-building activities in crisis regions.
Since 2005 she is responsible for the organisation of the Summer Academy on OSCE.
